Roald Dahl was one of my favorite authors as a child– you’ve probably heard of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, James and the Giant Peach, and Matilda. But he wrote a lot of other really great books, too– I highly recommend The Twits, which is where the quotation above comes from, and The BFG. I’m a big, friendly giant too. So I find that one particularly enjoyable 😉

Pete and I LOVE Roald Dahl (but then of course we do) and sometimes we make up Roald Dahl names for each other based on attitudes or attributes…. Like I might have named him Mr. Hottwiggles- ha. Thanks for sharing this !!
